In response to Client needs and global security trends and in keeping with our Strategic Intentions, SOG retains the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) status with additional capability, expertise and business synergies.

Our business integrity is built on the solid foundations of extensive training, experience, skills and knowledge. Our objective is to provide high quality standards of services. Our Quality Management System provides for assurance that the expectations, needs and requirements of both our business and that of our Clients are achieved. SOG Personnel have the desire, character, integrity and professional acumen to ensure that achievement remains as the core function of business.

Key Personnel
SOG personnel work on rotation between training and operational roles. The advantage to our Clients and Customers are that currency of Techniques, Tactics and Procedures (TTP’s) are relevant to learning outcomes in a training environment and Operational Preparedness and Experience is maintained by our Team. So whether it is Training or Tactical Operations, quality standards of service is assured. Key Personnel have previous Special Forces, Police Tactical Operations and Security Service experience underpinned with Operational Deployment in Hostile Environments.

Confidentiality
All personnel of SOG are bound by strict confidentiality agreements that protect clients/customers, assured by the conditions of individual agreements as part of their service contract. Subject to agreement, SOG will comply with NDA, FOI and other confidentiality clauses and secrecy acts.
